Frequently asked Questions
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location but generally follow standard Canada-wide delivery timeframes. You’ll receive a tracking number whenever possible — if tracking isn’t available, we’ll send you proof of shipping.
You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. We do not offer exchanges, but refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please note that clearance items, party favors, clothing, custom/personalized items, gift cards, and digital products are final sale.
If your order has not yet shipped, please email us right away at hi@impulsepanda.com or use the chat feature or contact form. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address. Please double-check your details at checkout.
Most orders include a tracking number, which you’ll receive by email once your order ships. If tracking isn’t available for your order, we’ll provide proof of shipping (such as a shipping receipt).
Currently, we ship to all of Canada only. We do not yet offer international shipping.
Yes, in most cases your items will arrive together in one package. The only exception is clothing, which is fulfilled by a print-on-demand partner and may arrive separately. If your order is split, you’ll receive tracking information for each package.
We usually carry low stock in small batches, so items may sell out from time to time. While we don’t currently offer pre-orders, you can submit your email on the product page and we’ll notify you as soon as the item is back in stock.
