🚚 Shipping
We currently ship to all of Canada. Even clothing (Print on demand) are shipped only in Canada.
Usually Order are dispatched next-day. But some orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then shipped with standard delivery times depending on your location.
Yes! Shipping is free Canada-wide — no hidden fees. Usually you need a coupon code for this.
We mostly ship with Canada Post. If there are service interruptions (like strikes), we may use ChitChats, UniUni, or others. We’ll let you know if this happens.
Most orders include tracking. If tracking isn’t available, we’ll provide proof of shipping (such as a receipt).
Contact us! We’ll work with the carrier. If the carrier confirms it’s lost, we’ll provide either a replacement or a refund.
In most cases, yes — we ship everything together in one package. However, if your order includes clothing items, those may arrive separately since we use a trusted print-on-demand partner for apparel. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking for each shipment, and all items will make their way to you.

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Please contact us first for approval.
Yes — clearance items, sale items, party favors, clothing, custom/personalized items, gift cards, and digital products are final sale.
We cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
No, we don’t offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order if you want a different item.
Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
We usually carry low stock in small batches, so items may sell out from time to time. While we don’t currently offer pre-orders, you can submit your email on the product page and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.

Please double-check your details before ordering. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Orders placed with the wrong size/variation are not eligible for return or refund.
If the carrier marks your package as delivered, we cannot issue a refund. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.
