Refund & Returns Policy

At Impulse Panda, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ve made our returns process simple and fair.


Return Window

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be approved by us first — please contact us before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Party favors
  • Clothing – because we use print on demand option.
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may ask for a photo of the product and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your card provider — sometimes it takes a few days for refunds to appear.
  3. Contact your bank — there may be additional processing time.
  4. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hi@impulsepanda.com.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • If you want a different item, please place a new order.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return once approved.
  • If the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.

Return Shipping

  • We cover return shipping costs.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping cost if paid upfront.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Customer Responsibility

  • We cannot accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size or variation chosen by the customer.
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout are not eligible for a refund.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing are not covered.
