At Impulse Panda, we do our best to make sure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped withinĀ 1ā3 business days.
- Youāll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way.
Shipping Regions
- We currently ship toĀ all of CanadaĀ only.
Shipping Carriers
- We primarily useĀ Canada Post.
- In case of service disruptions (such as a postal strike), we may use alternative carriers such asĀ ChitChatsĀ orĀ UniUni. If this happens, weāll notify you.
Shipping Costs
- We Offer 2 options for shipping $5 Flat rate for fast shipping and sometimes Free shipping option.
- Usually you need a cost for free shipping.
- There are no surprises at checkout. If you feel something is wrong, you can always use chat option to contact us.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery applies based on carrier timelines.
- Most orders arrive within the usual Canada-wide delivery window.
Tracking
- We provide tracking numbers whenever possible.
- If a tracking number is not available, weāll provideĀ proof of shippingĀ (such as a copy of the shipping receipt).
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
- If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us atĀ hi@impulsepanda.com. Weāll work with the carrier to investigate.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will provide either aĀ replacementĀ or aĀ refund.
Customer Responsibility
- Please ensure yourĀ shipping information is correctĀ at checkout. Impulse Panda isĀ not responsible for delays, lost packages, or undeliverable ordersĀ caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct details are provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.
